General terms and conditions of sale
These Terms and Conditions are those of Bee’s, a sole proprietorship located in Abidjan, Ivory Coast.

The purchase of products offered on the website www.beesaccessoires.com (hereinafter the “Site”) is subject to these general terms and conditions of sale (“Terms and Conditions”).
The Site allows you to order from BEE’S a selection of the brand’s products (hereinafter the “Product(s)”) online via the Internet.
The BEE’S Products are exclusively intended to be sold to end consumers, whether individuals or legal entities, to the exclusion of all resellers or intermediaries acting on behalf of resellers. Therefore, the customer affirms that he/she is acting as a final consumer and that he/she does not intend to resell the Bee’s Products for commercial purposes; he/she certifies that he/she has the legal capacity to enter into the commitments provided for herein.
BEE’S may at any time update these Terms and Conditions of Sale. You can check at any time the version of the General Conditions of Sale in force by going to the “General Conditions of Sale” section of the Site. The General Conditions of Sale in force at the time of the conclusion of the sales contract are those which are opposable to you.
We want all customers to receive quality products. We have made extra efforts to ensure that each handmade piece stays close to its original form. However, due to the manufacturing process of handmade jewelry, minor differences may appear in their colors or shapes.
We have also made extra efforts to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that the colors on the site will be true to life. Color reproduction may depend in part on the color settings of your computer and monitor.
The Site allows you to order from BEE’S a selection of products, immediately online via the Internet for collection or delivery to the areas specified in the “delivery” section.
These Terms and Conditions of Sale do not apply to special orders. For any special order, we thank you to contact our Customer Service by clicking on the link “Contact Us” or by phone at +225 72 22 41 63, Monday to Friday (excluding holidays), from 10:30 am to 6:30 pm, and Saturday from 10 am to 6 pm.
Our offers of Products and prices are valid as long as they are visible on the Site, within the limits of available stocks. Errors or modifications may exceptionally occur, particularly in the case of simultaneous orders of the same Product by several customers. In the event that a Product is unavailable after you have placed your order, we will inform you by e-mail or telephone as soon as possible, offering you either to order another Product presented on the Site as a replacement, or to cancel your order.
BEE’S does not incur any liability in case of stock shortage or unavailability of Products for orders not yet accepted by the brand.
BEE’S reserves the right to change at any time and without notice the Products offered on the Site. In order to ensure a better quality of service and availability of our Products to all customers of the Site, BEE’S reserves the right to limit the quantity of Products that can be purchased by a customer.
At any time, you can add Products to your selection by clicking on “Add to Cart”, and choose to finish shopping or continue browsing.
You can view your selection by hovering over or clicking on “Shopping Cart” in the top right-hand menu where you will see: the photo(s) of the Product(s), its (their) color(s) and reference(s), the quantity(ies) you have chosen, its (their) unit price(s) and the subtotal of the selection. You will also be able to choose the place of delivery and the delivery method you prefer, which will calculate the amount of the delivery charges and consequently the total amount you will pay. The delivery zone and the delivery charges can be modified later if you wish, the total amount will be updated accordingly according to your choices.
For any delivery address outside the country of shipment (Ivory Coast), you will be redirected to Paypal for the payment of your order.
The prices of the Products are indicated in Euros and CFA francs, all taxes included, depending on your geographical address.
BEE’S reserves the right to modify at any time and without notice the prices of products offered on the Site. The products are invoiced on the basis of the rates displayed on the site at the time of placing your order, subject to availability of the products ordered at that time.
All orders are payable in the currency indicated at the time of ordering and must be paid immediately upon placing your order, via Paypal, if you live in a country other than the Ivory Coast.
Orders will be automatically cancelled if payment is not made within 24 hours of the order being finalized. After that, the order will not be held or reserved for you. A new order must be made when the order is automatically cancelled.
To make a payment via PayPal, simply select the PayPal option during checkout. You will be automatically directed to the PayPal site. If you have not been properly directed to the PayPal site, please contact us at email@example.com.
You are not required to have a PayPal account. Paypal accepts card payments.
PAYMENT BY CARD
All customers paying by card are subject to validation checks. All customers warrant that they are fully authorized to use the card used. BEE’S reserves the right to delay any order in case of suspected fraud. For security reasons, we do not store any payment information in our database.
The credit card used must be in your name. All card owners are subject to validation, control and approval by the credit card issuer. If your credit card issuer refuses payment, BEE’S will not be responsible for any delays or missed deliveries. If credit card approval and validation is not accepted, BEE’S reserves the right to cancel the order.
The Products ordered remain the property of BEE’S until full payment is received by BEE’S.
On the other hand, you assume the risks (in particular of loss, theft or deterioration) concerning the Products delivered as from the moment they are delivered to the address indicated at the time of the order.
We do not offer refunds, but can make an exchange if the following conditions are met:
Exchanges are only possible in exchange for jewelry that costs at least the value of the returned jewelry.
Exchanges can only be made within 14 days of purchase.
Jewelry returned for exchange must be unworn and undamaged.
Earrings will only be exchanged if unworn and still in their packaging.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning the item.
We do not accept returns at this time.
Refunds are only possible in cases where the product delivered does not conform to the product ordered.
All technically repairable Products are serviced. A product is technically repairable if it is a question of a defect in the manufacture of the product and not if the object has been damaged or broken by clumsiness and inadvertence
Repair is only possible within three (03) months after purchase. We invite you to contact us via our email address to explain your concern.

Under no circumstances may BEE’S be held liable for any damage that does not result from a breach by BEE’S of one of its obligations.
